Both my Mother and Sister are pianists and music lovers. Of Course I enthusiastically picked up the guitar at age fifteen in 1985. My professional gigs began in 1987. That same year I placed first at the 'Hot Licks Guitar Contest' in Waldorf, Maryland. I have also been the winner of several awards including 1999's 'Guitar Center Guitarist Search' judged by Steve Vai. Steve Vai's positive remark, "great playing, great song, I like it a lot," continues to inspire me!

Throughout the years I have received praise from acclaimed guitarists such as Eric Johnson and multiple accolades from the press nationwide. From 1988 through 1993 I toured the entire United States with an all original Metal band called Havoc. While we, amazingly, accomplished this without the aid of a record label, our labors finally attracted attention and a close limited working relationship with Capitol Records.

I also enjoyed performing with Tim Clark, in addition to touring with a band called Perfect Tommy, intermittently in 1994 through 2000.

I am grateful for my endorsement from Soultool Customized Guitars of Switzerland. I remain passionate about my guitar playing and song writing as I entertain infinite possibilities now and in the future.
